Tracking Online

About Pawtrack

Pawtrack is a GPS pet tracking service specifically designed for pets.

The Pawtrack collar fits around the pet's neck, and is fastened on. Once on, the collar will wake up every 15 minutes and transmit the location of the pet. This information is sent using the mobile phone network, and is sent to the Pawtrack Server. You will track online at www.pawtrack.com.

How Accurate is it?

The Pawtrack web based tracking system can be accessed from anywhere in the world via the web, at www.pawtrack.com.

The mapping system has maps of the entire world, meaning that with a suitable sim card your pet can be tracked anywhere in the world where there is a suitable mobile phone signal.

The tracking unit uses global positioning satellites in the sky to calculate the pet's position. If it has a clear uninterrupted view of the sky, it will be accurate to within 3m (please see Technical/ FAQ section).

The software itself has a variety of views, including road map, aerial shots and depending on the location, bird's eye view (please see below).

The web site is available 24 hours a day, meaning that as long as your pet is transmiting successfully, it will always be possible to track your pet.
