Do I need any software?
The Pawtrack web site will work with any web browser. No specialist software is required.
What happens if I have more than one pet?
Pawtrack has the ability to work with multiple pets, all through the website.
Can other people track my pets?
You will be given a secure password and username which will be unique to you.
What if I am out walking?
It is possible to get someone to log on for you. We will shortly be enabling the web site to be viewed via mobile phones, as well as providing a telephone support service.
The System
Will this work outside the UK?
Yes, but it will require a suitable sim. We can arrange this, but there may well be an increase in monthly running costs.
Is it Waterproof?
The product is designed to be IP67 water resistant.
